Why do Leaders Need Performance Coaching?

Strategies & Action Plan

The coach and Coachee define the Goal, create a strategy and action plan to achieve the Goal by establishing a timeframe and development plan. They also request approval from the supervisor or sponsor

Group Coaching Process, Accountability & Support

During the coaching sessions, progress made by the Coachee in the previous session will be reviewed. Action plans and support needed for the following session will be discussed
